Order Confirmation

Canceling or Changing Orders

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.

  • We cannot modify orders once placed; please cancel and reorder to make changes.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll fix it promptly.

Shipping

Shipping Timeframes

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Weekend or holiday orders ship next business day.


Shipping Costs

Enjoy free shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.


International Shipping

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. No international shipping is available at this time.


Shipping Exclusions

We do not ship to residents of Alaska or Hawaii.


Tracking Your Shipment

Use the tracking link sent via email, or log in to your account here to monitor your order status anytime.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order is missing or delayed, check your tracking first. If you still have concerns, please visit our Contact Us page. We can assist with carrier claims if needed.


In-Store Pickup Selected by Mistake

If you selected in-store pickup but need shipping, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number. We’ll cancel your order so you can reorder with shipping.


Changing Shipping Address

To update your shipping address, please visit our Contact Us page immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it so you can reorder with the correct address. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

Starting a Return

Returns are initiated through your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Find your order and select "Request a return".
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to start your return.

You’ll receive email instructions for shipping your return.

Returns accepted only if items meet policy requirements. For full details, see our Return Policy or visit our Contact Us page.


Return Shipping

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from your store credit.

For local drop-offs, no label fee applies. All returns must be sent using the provided label — no external shipping methods are accepted.


Refund Processing

After we inspect and approve your return per our Return Policy, store credit is issued, usually within a few business days.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. Please return items that qualify for store credit and place a new order for desired replacements.


Final Sale Items

By purchasing any item marked as “Final Sale” from Simply Amy, you agree these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund as outlined in our Return Policy and applicable laws.

What is a Final Sale item?

Final Sale items include, but are not limited to:

  • Sale or final clearance items
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Undergarments

These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Any product labeled “Final Sale” is considered final at purchase. Proceeding confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas and U.S. federal law, Simply Amy and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages related to this Policy or any final sale product. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless except where required by law.

This Policy is governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa — and now Affirm for flexible financing.

We do not accept cash or unsupported financing apps.


Discount Code Usage

Only one discount code is allowed per order to ensure fairness and pricing integrity.


Payment Declines

Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect info, expired cards, or security/verification issues. Please verify your details and contact your bank if needed.

In-Store Pickup

Selecting in-store pickup means your order will be prepared at our boutique. You’ll receive a notification with pickup instructions.

Bring your order confirmation and valid ID to pick up your items.
